Prior to entering the legal profession, he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude, and worked as a civil engineer. He further developed his litigation and enforcement experience working with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Prosecution Division, where he handled matters involving fraud, regulatory enforcement, and consumer protection.
